Running since 1834, José Maria Da Fonseca has been one of Portugal’s largest and most well-known wine companies for decades. Owned by generations of the same family, its warmth is one of the pillars behind its success. The visit to the gorgeous Museum House, located in the Setúbal region, begins with a deep dive into the company’s history, with a tour of the wine cellars and a wine-tasting to finish off the tour! Over 500 grape varieties are grown here and you can purchase the wines you want to take back home at the shop at the end of the tour.
